Ughhhhhh!!!!
Will it ever be done??!! Maybe I could work on it if we were ever home!!!!

My brother loves his Bengals! I guess he is getting his girls into the football hoopla too! To bad our Bengals didnt pull of a win on Sunday! We didnt get to watch them, we were at Victoria's fall softball games!
Can you tell that we visited the Halloween store this weekend? It has become a tradition, every year we all go out to dinner then to the Halloween store! The kids (& Chuck) love trying on the masks & seeing all the new stuff!! Victoria & her cousins make a "haunted trail" every year for her birthday party so we like to pick up new blood, guts, bones etc!!

Still working!!
I didnt get much done this weekend exept for painting! I am hoping to hit this hard this month & get it finished! I have lots of other things I want to get working on!!
What a "Labor" fun filled weekend we had!!Did I say fun filled?? Hmmm. If you call painting fun then have at it!! We spent the weekend painting the rest of the inside of our house! All 3 floors are now painted!! I did not enjoy doing the 2 story foyer or great room! Neither Chucknor I wanted to get up on the ladder that high so we called my brother!! Hes always looking to make a little extra money!! Im just glad its finally done! Now we are getting new carpet & I get to start buying new pictures & accessories! I never want to see another paint brush!!
We did manage to have some friends over Sunday night. We did the fire pit & we lit a sky lantern. The kids & the adults thought it was pretty cool! Wonder if anyone called in any UFO's Sunday night!!

Still working!!
I started a new sweater this weekend so I did alot of knitting!!
I made this little picture for Victorias best friend for her birthday! Allison & I started this saying a year ago & we always see who can say it first when we see each other!! She & Victoria were talking on the phone one night & Victoria put her on speaker & Allisons cow fell off her shelf & the butt landed on her face & thats how cow butt began! Just something silly Allison & I do when we see each other or we text it to one another once in awhile! I got her permanetly now though!!
I finished my Februaury sweater!! I can't wait to wear it!!
First day of school has come & gone. I am so sad! I miss having the kids at home!! Life seems so much easier without school schedules & homework!
Jacob is in the 4th grade & loves his teacher & class!!! Victoria is in the 8th grade & is so so. She didnt get with many of her friends so she is really bummed but she is looking forward to making new friends!! I hope this year goes slow!! Victoria will be entering high school next year & Im not ready for that so this year can crawl by!!!

Im working on my moms picture once again!! Ready to be done with this one too! I did mail the other picture off for Linda, she called me to tell me how much she loved it!! I am so glad she appreciated all my hard work!
What a weekend Victoria had!!! She had a dad/daughter weekend and a friend weekend in Chicago! Victoria is very much into softball & she loves Jenny Finch. She was very sad to hear that Jenny would be retiring this summer. Victoria has always wanted to see her play, so.....Chuck, Victoria & her best friend & her parents went to Chicago to see her this past weekend!!! They went to a double header on Saturday. Victoria caught Jennys home run ball in batting practice along with other balls! Chuck ended up talking to the owner & the owner said, "Anyone that has driven 6 hours to see Jenny should get to meet her!!!" So he took all of them onto the field & introduced them to Jenny!! Victoria was on cloud 9!!! In fact, I think she still is on cloud 9!! She was so excited to talk to her & get pictures taken with her!! Victoria will never forget this weekend!!!

Victoria, myself, two of her friends & their moms all went shopping Friday & out for pizza! We spent a small fortune but had a great time! To bad we didnt buy any jeans or pants....means shopping again when it turns cooler out!!!
